Fountain Alley's Headache Rescue Stick is used for stress, sinus, or muscular type headaches. The essential oils are know for relaxing muscles, headache, opening sinus and the oils are also relaxing for most people. Of course if headaches persist or are unbearable see a medical professional. You just rub it into temples or wherever you feel the headache stems. we have people try them, then they come back and get one for a friend!

Relieved my head strains

I use this almost nightly to help me sleep. I rub it on my forehead and my neck muscles.
Smells great and has become part of my nightly relaxing routine.

Worked well

I have used this one time, and it really worked.

Works for me!

I did not have faith that it would work BUT... It did! For those nagging little stress headaches that get you in the afternoon or those headaches that appear just as you are trying to go to sleep. My husband is now a believer so I got him his own stick. Not a cureall but it sure helps and soothes.

Really opens up sinuses yet it relaxing and doesn't seem too strong. Wish I had bought another one to give my daughter!
